Terms of Trade & Export
These terms govern commercial contracts, sample orders, proforma invoices, and international shipments fulfilled by Defne Living.
1. Pricing & Quotations
All commercial quotations are provided based on agreed Incoterms (FOB Karachi Ports, CIF, CFR, or DDP) and remain valid for the period specified in the proforma invoice.
2. Quality Assurance & Lab Dips
Bulk production commences following final physical lab-dip and swatch approval by the buyer. All shipments undergo multi-point inspection according to AQL 2.5/4.0 international standards.
3. Packaging & Shipping
Standard export packing includes poly-bagged cartons strapped for sea/air freight. Custom retail packaging, barcodes, and private labeling are executed according to buyer-approved tech packs.
